When knitting and crocheting we tend to stick certain color palettes. We’ve defined them as 5 distinct color stories. These 5 all have a different story to tell, and we will be drilling down into each these to bring you fresh new color combinations based on a variety of inspirations. Just like in our real world of product design and merchandise collections, we are using these stories as our filter. We constantly come back to these 5 collections and the thoughts behind them to keep us on track with our patterns and colors.

- Soft collection of pinks, purples and cream

- Appeals to the ‘modern’ or ‘fashion forward’
- Angular patterns with simple texture or pattern
Fresh
- Refreshing aquas, greens and browns
- Appeals to the ‘eco’ or ‘natural’
- Simple, classic patterns with a trendy quality
Elegant
- Rich story of purples, grays and black
- Appeals to the ‘mysterious’ or ‘alternative’
- Victorian inspired / early 40’s patterns
